How our weekly order cycle works

Nematodes are living product, produced fresh to order. We don't hold shelf stock the way a normal shop does. To keep the product as fresh as possible, we run a weekly cycle:

  • Order deadline: 10:00 (Irish time) every Wednesday.
  • Orders placed before the deadline are produced fresh that week.
  • Your order is delivered by tracked courier on the Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.

Please plan ahead. If you order after the 10:00 Wednesday deadline, your order joins the next weekly cycle, so an order placed just after the deadline can take up to around two weeks to reach you. If your timing is tight, order early in the week or contact us and we'll confirm your delivery date.

Worked example: an order placed at 09:30 on a Wednesday makes that week's batch and is delivered on the Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. An order placed at 10:15 on the same Wednesday misses the cut-off and is delivered a week later. Your order confirmation email shows your delivery days.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. For delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact us at info@ardeva.ie before ordering. We can't deliver to Great Britain or outside Ireland. All prices are in euro and include VAT.

Delivery charges

  • Delivery is €6.95 per order.
  • Free delivery on orders of €75 or more.
  • October offer: free delivery on orders of €40 or more until 31 October 2026.
  • Trade and bulk orders are quoted separately.

Receiving your order

Your nematodes are packed to protect them in transit. When your order arrives:

  • Put the pack in the fridge straight away (2–8°C) and apply it before the date on the pack.
  • Check it on arrival and tell us the same or next day if anything is wrong (see our Refund Policy).
  • Not going to be home? Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to choose a safe place or another day. Please avoid a sunny doorstep.

Because the product is alive and perishable, it can't be left for long periods or redelivered repeatedly. If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address is wrong, the product may perish. See "Failed or refused deliveries" in our Refund Policy.

Getting the timing right
